Hi there,

I have a question regarding the extension of my husband's SOWP.

I am currently a student studying in Winnipeg, and I will have a second program at RRC. Therefore, I need to extend my husband's SOWP.

I am quite confused about a question in the IMM5710E form.

However, he hasn't found a job at the moment and doesn't have any employer. Which option among these should he select?

  1. Apply for a work permit with the same employer
  2. Apply for a work permit for the first time or with a new employer
  3. Restore my status as a worker
  4. Get a new temporary resident permit(for inadmissible applicants only)
