Hi all,

Please could anyone guide as to how to convert your SINGLE visa entry to a MULTIPLE entry within CANADA, if I am on an OPEN WORK PERMIT?

How long will it take?
How much will it cost?
Are there any chances of rejections?

Thanks in advance

Application package: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/visa.asp

Checklist for "applicants in Canada": www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5721E.pdf

Under "Visa requested" of the application form: www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5257E.pdf select 'multiple'.

*Temporary Resident Visa – multiple entry = $150/person

No idea how long it takes.

If you apply for a new TRV without a job, you will be rejected. Proof of current employment(a letter from your employer) is required.
