My ESL student got a letter from CIC to send in his documents to receive his confirmation of permanent residence. In the letter, it says, "you will need to submit one photocopy of the photo page and any pages containing amendments of the passport". What do the amendment pages look like? His passport (Poland) has two pages that say "page reserved for official entries." Both pages are blank. Are these the amendment pages?

U make a photocopy of main page. At the end of passport there should be Amendment page. Photocopy them as well even if they are blank
Yes those are amendment
Okay. These "page reserved for official entries" pages are not at the end of the passport, though. They begin on the third page. Would those still be the amendment pages?
