I am planning to apply my application under CEC. I have read few threads on NOC codes. Need clarification on the same from the experts here.
1) My current WP says "Embedded sys S/W engineer" which comes under 9999.2.... details are:
2 yrs - 2010 to 2012 - "Embedded sys S/W engineer" which comes under 9999.2....
2 yrs - 2012 to 2014 - "Embedded sys S/W engineer" which comes under 9999.2....
while the NOC code that comes closest to my Main duties/responsibilities is 0213 - "Computer & Information Systems Manager".
I have a reference letter from my employer which highlights my 2 yrs tenure and designation which is "Associate Project Manager".
I want to confirm if my WP occupation title will conflict with 0213 code that I am planning to fill in the forms or not.
I want to be sure before applying in order to avoid any rejections.

1. The 9999 codes are synthetic and were issued under the cancelled software project.
2. Check what is written on your worker permit as to the occupation. Then find that NOC code.
3. If you don't manage staff, then you better not apply under 0213 Probably 2173 which is embedded software engineer

I want to confirm that there will not be any problem if I put 0213 while my current WP says "Embedded System S/W designer"? Pls confirm
