Urgent! Request Letter Late Submission

I need urgent help. I have got a request letter to submit my passport to the embassy and they mention 30 day deadline to submit it. Unfortunately, I can not send it due to my business trips and there is one very important that I can not miss. I wrote multiple times to the email address they provided ( Ankara) in case I can not submit on time, but I get no response back ( despite sending more than 10 emails). I need 1 week extension and I am not sure what to do. what would happen if I sent it after 30 day deadline? what happens then? Please help if you know what to do1

So if i dont get a response back, can i not send the passport after expiry with explanatory letter including printed emails showing i have sent them multiple emails regarding the issue?

Response time is usually 20 days. There have been cases where they extended the deadline.

25 days have already passed and only few days left till the end of the deadline. And I need to know what steps I have to take by tomorrow. It is very saddening moment unfortunately

Well it's your decision now. Either you go on the business trip and plead your case with cic later on with proof that you requested for more time or postpone the trip. Nobody else can make the decision for you.
