I received my refusal with passport on 21 July.....then I mail to college to revised my LOA for January intake....Bt collage refused to revised my LOA.....now I m thinking to put reply in embassy for the recent refusal......I have doubt that we can put reply ato embassy after dead line 31 July or not ......????.....Nd last time I submit my file at delhi vfs then it is mandatory to put reply for refusal at same vfs or somewhere else???? Because now I m thinking to submit my application at Chandigarh vfs.....Plz clear my doubts urgently....
