My father had a US visa refusal 13-14 years back and then he has a valid us visa. Now he has applied for canada tourist visa before 7 th September for the prelude of visiting me (Canada PR). He forgot to mention about the refusal as he genuinely forgot. And after that we informed ircc about this. I am worried that will it affect the application? Please help

As long as you contacted IRCC he should be fine.
