URGENT REGARDING PGWP

I have question regarding PGWP. I did two year diploma from Ontario and extended my study permit and currently doing on year certificate program in Winnipeg. My question is - I will get three year work permit or one year?

1. You must apply for a PGWP with in 90 days of passing course.
2. You can accumulate 2 courses & be eligible for a 3 year PGWP if the 1st course is a diploma/certificate & the 2nd one is a degree. Gap between 1st & 2nd course must not be more than 2 years.

Since he has done a 2yr diploma, he is already qualified for 3 yr work permit rite? correct me if am wrong.
