URGENT!!!!!! Regarding GIC...

I transferred the GIC on 8/6/2017, till date i haven't got my GIC certificate. I have my swift payment receipt, My HDFC bank told me that my payment has been processed on the same date. They also provided me acknowledgement receipt. I have talked to scotia customer care. They are saying that they haven't recieved any payment yet and I should contact my bank. And when I go to bank,they say the same thing that payment has been processed. What Should I do now??????? Whom should I contact?? Plz help

Ask Scotia if it is possible that transfer takes more than 2 weeks? that will get you some relief (I vaguely remember someone said it can even take 3 weeks, not sure. Wait for others to comment)
