URGENT!! Regading decleration of fiance for student visa

I got accepted into dental assistant program for September 2015 in George Brown College, Toronto,Ontario. I had already paid my fees and GIC. Medical for student visa is also done. I am engaged to a Canadian citizen back in January 2015. My question is do I have to declare that I am engaged to a Canadian citizen while applying for student visa? I looked into the family information form IMM5645 for student visa; it shows only for spousal or comman law; should I put my fiancé name in that box?

No - you don't have to declare a fiance. You only have to declare a spouse or common law partner (someone you have lived with for a year or more).
