Hi guys! I'm filling in my EE profile employment history now, some urgent questions I need your help in!!
(1) From 2013 to 2015 i worked for a company in Singapore, in 2014, the company sent me to the US (same position). This is the job I'm claiming points for. I'm confused how I should fill up the form. Should I have two separate entries (2013-2014 for Singapore) and (2014-2015 for US), or just one (2013-2015, Singapore)?
Again, they are all the same job/same company, just different countries.
(2) Between 2012-2013 I worked in an unrelated job that I'm not claiming points for. Should I indicate this in my EE profile employment history as well? Or does the EE employment history only want jobs I'm claiming points for?
Getting confused! Hope the kind folks of this forum can clear things up
You can easily choose the same company for both years and just change the city of operation.
Otherwise keeping one company for 2 years will suffice as well. You were afterall employed in that company, no matter where you were posted in that tenure. Its the years you are claiming points for not the city.
For the second query, I don't think there is any harm in mentioning any unrelated job. If you have experience, there is no harm in mentioning it. Agree it will not give you any point but it will also don't deduct any point from your profile, so why not write it.
Perhaps someone in Job bank might be interested in that sort of work!
