Urgent question: World Travel Record for my parents

Hi All,

The Beijing office is asking for a World Travel Record for my parents. The problem is my father had a lot business travel about 20 years ago, and he cannot find the old passports. So, he cannot remember the exact date, but roughly the month/year when he traveled.

So, what should I put in the World Travel Record form? Can I just put the month? or write a letter to Beijing office to explain?

Please any suggestion is helpful, we only have about 10 days to mail in the documents.

Usually a month/year is more than sufficient for what they need. Rarely do they ever want and exact day. You can get this information and include a note that states they are as close to the dates as you can remember since the previous passports containing the exact dates have been lost.
