I applied my PR card renewal in July 2022 but still didn't get anything yet. Now I just came back to my home country for a month. Just wanted to know what happens if they issue new PR card while I am outside canada. Please note my existing PR is still valid for travel till Feb 2023.
If I got approved for new PR card then can I travel to Canada with my existing PR card or I need to get the new PR card here either someone can bring or through courier.
Please please help on this.

Once your new card has been ISSUED, your current card will expire after 60 days...even though it shows being valid until FEB 2023!
It's likely that your card has not yet been issued, but since some people have no idea when the card was issued and mailed, they have no idea how long it takes to actually arrive. If your plans remain that you will be back in Canada next month, make sure to find out from IRCC if your card has in fact been issued (before September) so that you are not stuck in your home country.

Hi Thanks for your reply. I can see its still showing "Submitted". So I think even if its issued now I can still enter Canada with my current PR card right.
