One of my cousins got his Canada tourist visa refused in 2014. He doesn't know what did his agent fill in the visa form. He is planning to apply for the Express Entry in coming days. Can he apply for GCMS notes to know the valid reason for the refusal? Does Canada immigration provide GCMS notes after 5 years of refusal?
