Urgent PRC Renewal Application.

Hi guys:

These are the current basis for the urgent processing of PRC renewal application by IRCC:
1. your own serious illness,
2. the serious illness of a family member,
3. the death of a family member;
4. a job opportunity, or
5. work related to your current job.

Could some one clarify who are the family members IRCC referring here? They could be anyone from my back home also i.e. old parents, brothers/sisters, nephews/nieces......and who else?
