Hi there guys... please help me with my situation... i received my PPR august 11, 2017, i sent it on august 14, 2017, it was delivered to CPC ottawa august 17, 2017 and today is september 6, 2017 but i havent received my passport back... my case is i already booked my flight to philippines so i can see my sister for her kidney operation soon... i dont have my passport back yet from PPR and im going to fly there in philippines on september 17, 2017... been planning to get a travel document at the philippine embassy if i havent received my passport by then... what should i do? Its already been more than 2 weeks they got my passport and i need to go cause my sister will undergo 50/50 chances of surviving from kidney transplant... i wanna see her no matter what happens.. please give me some advice... thank you so much

Kabayan, have you tried to contact CPC Ottawa to tell them the situation? Perhaps they just need to know you need urgent travel documents.
I think IRCC has a heart if you only let them know the situation.

Thanks kabayan, how to contact them? They don't have direct line there right in CPC Ottawa? IRCC ba need ko contakin po? Im getting worried.. tomorrow will be the 3rd week that they got my passport... thats why im going home to see my sister 50/50 survival...
Stay strong. Pray. Health care in this country may be more expensive but it's no longer sorely lagging behind.
