Urgent !!!!!!! plzz help !!!!!!!!

I am an Indian Citizen and currently residing at USA .

I had applied for Federal Skilled worker Permanent Residence and got an approval from the Sydney NS Office [sept 09] .

Now i am preparing to submit the documents to Buffalo Visa Office.
My problem is i'm going back to India next month after submitting the documents to Buffalo.
I don't want to transfer my case to New delhi Visa office becoz I can do my medicals from India also if i selected n will send it to Buffalo .

Plzz suggest How can I manage my case from India !!

change your address to india or ask someone to forward your mail from US to india but ND is processing faster for the new process.
