i have received conditional offer letter and i m asked(by university of ottawa) to submit my final transcript prior to the program registration. i am into my last semester, i will get my mark sheet by july...can i still apply for visa on the basis of my conditional offer letter in MAY ?

the program registration at university of ottawa will begin in JUNE TILL END OF AUGUST

no u can not.. even if u can.. i will not recommend u...wait for transcripts and apply...

i have got admission offer for both fall 2014 and january 2015... if i want to apply for september, when should i apply for visa if i will get my transcript by end of june. wont i be late for visa?

by 31st july most probably .... cant confirm now bec embassy will release the date once they r over with may session.. so u would be having lot of time.. ur exams will be over by may and result by june and transcripts by mid july.. by tht time keep ur papers and GIC and medical ready..

tell me ur profile.. and in which college u r applying... r u doing to apply under spp or general.. .?

cgpa 3.25 till semester 7 mechanical engineering . ilets 7.0 2 industrial internships. got offer in university of ottawa..what is spp or general?

spp is for the colleges not for universities .. so that means u will be applying for general.. as of top of my head u need to pay 1st sem tuition fee plus u need to show 1 yr living that will be loan letter or GIC.. and then statement of ur dads account, medical

i will be accepting the admission offer in a week, just waiting for university of calgary. After accepting the offer, i should pay the fee of 1st semester before visa? will get the bank statement in 10 days

Go to the CIC website for your country and download the study permit application kit. It has all the details about the study permit process. Alternatively, you can also apply online from the CIC website. Keep in mind that you will likely have to submit biometrics at your local VAC as part of the application process.

Well then u have to first get an unconditional offer letter, meanwhile u can start preparing for application n collecting things like
- Police certificate
- Ielts (if not done yet)
- Proof of funds
- Sponsors salary certificates
- Affidavit of support ... etc
