Hi,
I have finished my course in December and I will receive my final transcripts in the last week of January.I have to apply for my post graduation work permit. I am leaving for India on 6th February. My study visa is expiring on 31st March 2014. And I am returning back from India on 17th March 2014. My problem is that I want to know that can I apply for my work permit before I leave for India and return back without any problem? Will the border services/ immigration people ask me dat if I have finished my course, why do I want to return back to Canada? If by that time, I dont my work permit, will they allow me to enter Canada?
