Hi Guys
I am in the UK, my PSW (Post Study Visa) gonna expire in April 2011, I want to apply visit visa for my wife,her family is in canada and her mom is in serious condition, she got mouth cancer, I have already applied for Canadian immigration in Jan 2010 and my all paper documents are with canadian immigration. I want to apply now and bit confused what should I do related to documents e.g. Marriage Certificate?? shall I attached a letter stating that her all documents are submitted with the file number? and also I will really appreciate if some1 can advise me the quickest procedure for visit visa??
I will attached all medical documents any other thing which support for my wife application????
I am not applying for myself to show them country ties? its just for my wife. if that helps??
another question my visa is not exactly valid for 6 months??? does it matter?
Please Please its very urgent if someone can give me serious advice,
