Urgent Please Help

I have some urgent issue need your guys help.
Our case has been forward to the local visa office. So they required personal address dated from age of 18 not past 10 years ago.
My spouse has applied H&C several years ago, so I go checked personal address history on the application in order to match. But surprised me is that address written on the application was totally non-exist and my spouse explained that the lawyer (I think don't have the licence) write that address for him said don't write the exact address you live that the CIC can't find you.
For example, in the H&C, in 2014 he lived in A. However, that time he lived with me in another place. So what should we do now?

i am CEC applicant. my file is going through security checks.
i just wanted to ask if you know if security is the stage where they are awaiting information from your country of citizenship or are they checking something else in this stage?

CIC is waiting information/documents from your country of origin, so that they can conduct your BGC and security check.
