Hi All,
I'm in a tricky situation, if somebody can give me advice, I would be so grateful!!!
I got my ITA today (CEC class), however my work permit expires next week and I decided to take travel holiday for a few months (already bought ticket and quit my job). I will leave Canada in mid September (as a visitor), than travel for about 3 months, in December I am about to visit my home country and wait for PPR request.
A. Should I send all my documents (to get e-APR) before my WP expire and then update CIC about address change when I will be leaving Canada?
B. Send my documents when I will leave Canada - during my travelling in different countries?
C. Withdraw my application and re-apply again once I will be outside Canada (really the last option).
Thank you.
No,I didn't claim points for job offer. I think about to apply for visitor visa instead of BOWP. I guess my BOWP will be probably refused if I will be outside Canada during processing.
Thank you.

Don't withdraw application
If you apply from Canada then when you get the PPR you will have to be on the first plane back in Canada to send your passport to Ottawa. If you apply from outside Canada that means you will probably br processed outside of Canada which may or may not be longer depending on your visa office and stream.
Your choice.
I'm supposing you are going back to your home country, if you apply now CIC will normally ask for police certificate from your home country issued after your last visit. if you go back again after your application for many months they might ask for another certificate
Hi, I am going to my home country in December (meanwhile I will travel in different countries). I will most likely apply as inlander as my WP is still valid for a few days.
I will update CIC about my address change when I will leave Canada and let them know that I decided to wait for final decision outside Canada. I guess that they are supposed to transfer my application to the nearest VO from my country of residence, so I do not have to send my passport to Canadian visa office.
But I might be wrong
