Urgent Please help........

I am newbie in this forum and need help.

I have got positive AEO on 30th april, but could not send my case before 4th may because time was too short.(NOC-1112)
Now my employer is going for LMO as per new requirement,according to him it will take at the most 4-6 weaks. almost 3 weeks have passed lets see.
Now my Question is I have done IELTS overall 6 band, but in writing i got 5.5.
can anybody advise me that my points are 69 and i am not applying in normal FSW stream, i am applying with LMO and confirmed employment.still i need 6 band minimum threshold????
should i reappear for IELTS which i dont want because of time shortage,
Pls advise should i apply for PR with this IELTS score.

Are you going to apply under FSW but not in NOC Category, but with Arranged Employment? If yes, I believe they require at least 6 in each module of the IELTS. I might be wrong, but you have to read the rules again. Because, if it is what I said, I am afraid you have to take the IELTS again.

You need a minimum of 6 for each IELTS band.

A score less than 6 in any band is not acceptable.
