I need some advise for one of my friend. He has an In land applicant. He got ITA last month. He claimed points for work experience in India. His employer has given him the Employment letter however he doesn't have pay slips since his employer paid him Cash. Is it okay to submit only the Employment letter as proof of work along with LOE stating that he doesn't have pay slips or just the Employment letter should be enough? Please advise!

pay slips is not mandatory, however if there is something else with which he can strenghten the application he should add it...
like for me there was one work experience i didnt have pay slips for, so i added bank statement for that period to prove salary credit to my account...
i know if he was being paid cash it wont be that easy to prove with bank statements, anyway LOE is mandatory to explain not adding pay slips...
