Has anyone experienced delays with passport processing at the Temporary Resident Visa Section in Ottawa? I sent my passport via Canada Post on July 9th, 2024, to the following address:

According to Canada Post, it was delivered, but I haven't received any updates since then. I'm really worried because I haven't seen my family since December, and I'm supposed to start university again in September. This is seriously stressing me out and making me ILL. Has anyone gone through a similar situation or have any advice on what I should do next?
