Hi guys. I got my GCMS note. What is the meaning of paper file section in GCMS note while I applied online?

Following is the summary of my GCMS note:

Eligibility - passed
Security (blank)
Criminality - passed - bio
Medical - (blank) Not required
Info sharing - completed
Final (blank)

**passport request - not started

Paper file 1:
Created and updated: 2020/10/29

Note section:
A note without the text on 2020/10/29.

Timeline:
Non-SDS online application (Phillippines)
Applied on 4th July- complete documents
Biometrics on 5th July (updated the same day in GC Key account)
No medical needed
Aip on 13th Aug (in my GC Key account)
DLI got on the list on 20th Oct
No update after that

Everything looks great and I hope u will receive ur ppr soon bro. Check the DUEDATE. In your notes. That is the day when ur file will be again picked up. And hopefully u will receive a decision on that day

This means that your eligibility has not passed yet. However, it is not clear why they issued AIP without eligibility passing. These days, IRCC is doing something strange.

AIP is given on the basis of primary eligibility and not the whole as it's issued by BELA software or either a junior officer but senior officer surely reviews it before giving any decision. Here, my question is anybody wkth the same and how long did it take later to get further update. I have seen some saying 6 months that too before covid

I know. I heard this. But, in their official updates, they insist AIP is passing eligibility. I know that in practice, this is not true. However, I am still in doubt about the AIPs sent in the email. Could you find the details in the activity section in the GCMS note?

Yes it clearly says the AIP was sent by BELA software which i already knew about

Help!!
I applied for September,2020 intake and got AIP. no update till now.
I have deferred to May,2021.
is it must to notify IRCC about my deferment as My acceptance letter which is with IRCC is valid for also May,2021.
