Hi,
I added spouse after I received PPR (Aug 2019). Spouse documents were requested in Oct 2019 (biometric and marriage proof). Docs were submitted end of Oct 2019. But it has been four months did not get medical request for spouse yet. What should I do? I raise multiple CSE but nothing other than generic reply. How do I proceed to do medical for spouse?
Thanks

She doesn't need a request. Just go do it.
@canuck_in_uk Is it okay to get medical exam without request by herself since she is already added ?
It says below in website:
After you submit your application
We’ll send you instructions on how to get your medical exam done. You must go for your medical exam within 30 days of receiving these instructions.
If you make a refugee claim at a
port of entry, a
Border Services Officer will tell you to get a medical exam within 30 days.
If you don’t follow these instructions, we may refuse your application.
