Hi there,

My AOR was last Friday. I've submitted all my documents including the e-medical report. I recently received medical report from the Panel and I found that my daughter's weight and height have been mentioned incorrectly (they have mentioned my height and weight numbers) Please advice me on this.

In my daughter's medical report: she is 7 years old
Height : 178
Weight: 83

Actual readings:
Height : 128
Weight: 20

Experts please advice what should I do now.
