Urgent - Missing the degree certificate page for education document submitted

Hi All,

I have an urgent question about my situation. After I submitted my eAPR I shortly realize I forgot to include the degree certificate in the education document, instead I have provided the degree completion letter with a transcript. Just wonder if submitting a case-specific webform and ask for an update of the education document is a possible way to correct this mistake, or I can only withdrawal my application and reapply???
