What is Medical Report Client BioData & Summary (IMM 1017) ? Does the Physician provides themselves or Sponsered Spouse needs to take it to during appointment.

It looks like the process changed to e-Medicals ?

So what needs to be sent ? with the application packet ? Original Receipt from Doctors office or Photocopy ?

To doctor passport copies and if required photos copy of sponsor pr also if possible

Application
in the application dr receipt with barcode and spouse (principal applicant) engraved on the same receipt,

you should send original paper. cic can check details of medicals online
