I have applied for Open Work Permit Out Side Canada (Online) for my spouse. He did premedical examination on 5th June 2017 and reports were submitted on 7 June 2017. Premedical examination was done with UMI number. But we got mail stating that our medical reports are not yet received by the immigration also they have sent an attachment in which they have provided IME. what should we do now?? How can I report to the CIC regarding this?? I tried to mail to IRCC for so many times but i did not get any reply from them. I contacted to my country"s Visa office as well but they are also not replying. Date to submit medical report is already passed. will my application be rejected?? please help me.. your early response will be helpful to me..

From my humble experience I would say that currently CIC does not accept upfront medical anymore. This is due to the e-medical system which requires an application number to upload any medical exam results.
This is why CIC has sent you a new medical exam request, you should respond to that request by re-doing the medical examination with your application number.
