Urgent!! Issue with COPR and PR Visa

Hello Seniors

I received the COPR and PR visa for me and my family, but there is an issue with wife COPR and PR Visa. Last Name was included twice means

Given Name: First Name Last Name
Surname: Last Name

This may happened because the Passport was Issued like that and later corrected, but the correction is in next page which VO may be Overlooked.

Do I need to send the passport and COPR for correction or can we travel with the same visa and at POE it can be changed. My Lawyer says the correction will take 3 to 4 months, instead I can travel on same visa and get it corrected at POE.

Currently We are in India and is there any issues while travelling and getting corrected at POE.

Please advise....

Mistakes on the CoPR can be corrected at the PoE. Just make sure you point it out to the officer
right away.
