My wife and I became Canadian PR in April 2014 and returned to the US. We now have a kid who is a US citizen but not a Canadian PR. We want to move to Canada next month and was under the impression we could take our 2 year old kid into Canada using the US VISA exemption criteria to enter Canada. Some people say that I still need some kind of travel document/ Visa for my kid to enter Canada, as the exception applies to adults only. Is thus true, if so please guide. Thank you.
Relax. This topic has been discussed many times.
