Bachelor's in Rular developnment from nepal: 3 years .Passed first and second year but failed in one subject in third year.
Bachelor's in socology In USA. Graduating in Nov 2010.
You can not claim for bachelor degree from Nepal as it was not completed, so I think 14 years of education.
