Guys, this is the situation:
my husband will apply for his PGWP any time soon. He only has a 1-month contract (NOC A) with the company (he was going through his last term, a co-op term, when he was offered an extension of 1 month), so I believe we are not able to apply for an extension of my OWP. On top of that, I just got to find out that my employer got my LMIA approved (NOC A), so I can apply for my closed WP anytime soon as well.. However I won’t be able to do so in time for my husband to continue to work with his current employer, so he needs to apply for his PGWP asap.
Should we just apply for his PGWP and, while he is implied status, apply for my closed WP? or should we submit any type of application for me as well (even if it is just an TRV - visitor)?
