so we got our passport request yesterday and inside it says
"If you wish to use a courier service for return of your passport or documentation, you must provide a pre-paid, pre-addressed courier airwaybill when you send your passport. We will advise you when your visa is ready so you can contact your courier with pick up instructions. You should record the airwaybill number that you provided for return delivery so that you may track the delivery yourself. We will not contact courier companies on your behalf. "
can you please tell us exactly what this is? we called all 5 big courier companies in our country including fedex and they do not do something like that. I am afraid we might be asking for the wrong thing. Can someone explain?

thanks for the reply! yes, we just checked with dhl and they are the ONLY ones that do that but with a fee that is 5 or more times more expensive than other couriers (one way delivery)
