Urgent help. Visa denied twice:(

Please I need your help. My visa application was denied twice. My first denial was based on fours reasons that is purpose of visit , family ties, employment in country of residence and travel history. I addressed all these concerns.
Now they just responded to my second application with only ONE Reason which is purpose of visit. I'm really confuse on what to do now becuase my 3 years diploma program is resuming January 8 and I'm wondering if I should reapply or not. Pls I need you candid advice!!!

What is your timeline and which country you applied from?

I'm from Cameroon and my program is starting Jan 8 2021.
