hi all,
Me and my wife have landed today at rainbow bridge and had our copr signed by the immigration officer.we were informed that our pr cards would be delivered thru mail in 8-10 weeks.now my question is can we apply for US visiting visa in mean time with the copr letter or wait till we get our pr cards and then apply?
 
Now that you're a Canadian PR, you want to apply for a visitor visa to go to the USA?
