Need expert advise, Soon I will be married and after that I want to sponsor my future wife. I want to confirm I can marry her or not because of family relationship.

My future wife is : My Maternal grandmother ( My mothers mom) -----uncle (means my grandmother mothers brother)----Sons--------Daughter( My future wife).

Does it effect on sponsorship application...............?

Please help does marrying with her will create any problem ? Does on application do I have to mention her past relationship with my Maternal grandmother ?
