URGENT HELP REQUIRED ON WORK EXPERIENCE DATES COLLISION

Dear All,

I am facing an issue while showing my past work experience.

In my first Company my tenure was from 03.April.2006 to 19.March.2008

and in my very next Organization my tenure started from 3rd March 2008 onward.

Now , my tenure dates are clashing between the two companies ( from 3rd March to 19th March 2008 ).

But now neither of the organization agree to fix the same.

So , could you please advise , what would be the outcome of this ? and what should I need to do to overcome/fix this.

It can be explained as you started working for 2nd company on 3rd March 2008 and then sent resignation letter to the 1st company. So officially you stopped working for 1st company after the acceptance of resignation letter on 19.March.2008 but infact you stopped working for 1st company on 2nd March 2008.. You need to write an explanation letter along with the PR application.

letter explaining the discrepancy is good enough.
