I have property evaluation certificate of 20 lakh rupees prepared by municipality. Does it works or I need to make from engineering consultancy?
Please guide me.
I just want to show property for family tie-up in Nepal.
You have a incomplete question ...
What kind of visa you or your family members are looking for ?
Do you have any other financials other than your evaluation ?
Is the evaluation from the recognised list of CA's from CIC ? That doesn't actually matters but you can surely go with those to make your evaluation more authentic.
You can also show a business registration form if your parents have one . Or their salary slips. A letter from job mentioning their absence .
Hope that helps
