urgent help;renew CAQ

Hello everyone

I am new here and international student .I was an independent(libre) student cycle superior(3rd cycle) at universite de Montreal for 3 semesters(20221-2022) . I got an admission of D.E.S.S at fall semester(1year special diploma ). I send a request to MIFI(MIDI) to issue a new CAQ for 2nd cycle, I have had a CAQ for cycle superior and it is still valid for one year later(2023). The MIFI ask me for the reasons why I was part time at some semesters, how can I respond to MIFI in order to get my new CAQ without any rejection ?.
Can you kindly help me?.

I hope that your issue has been resolved by now, I'd pitch in by saying that bureaucrats love paper trails, so maybe demonstrate all the relevant documentation of the causes of you being part-time, very neatly and thoroughly along with a nice letter of explanation?
