Dear all,
My wife currently lives and has already completed 2 years of PhD studies. Actualy, I read in some forums that she may apply as soon as she completes her 2 years of studies. Is it correct? And does it require IELTS(General) or another English test for Phd students? And how long does it take in process time? Please let me know if there is another program that might help her to get PR sooner than applying through OINP
