Can seniors please help me with this nagging question: Do both parents have to fill in part 6.G of the application meant for kids' details?
You are an adult. As such, you will fill out an application form for adults and you will follow the guide.
Your wife is an adult. As such, she will fill out an application form for adults and she will follow the guide.
The guide asks the adult to fill out 6G and 6H, if applicable. In your case, both of you will fill those out, I suppose.
