Urgent help!!! police clearance question

Three weeks ago, CIC Manila requested for my passport and I sent it immediately. Today I received another letter from them requesting for my police certificate. First of all i am applying outland but waiting for it here in Canada. Before I sent my application, i also sent the most recent police clearance from my country (NBI). What would be the best thing to do? thank you for your help

What one are they asking you for?How long have you been in Canada?If they want another from your country then you should send them one as by the time you get a new one and send it to them it will likely be faster than waiting for them to reply to your emails.Or tey calling them and explain you already sent one.
