Have applied for WP and work permit under AIPP in early 2022. I moved to Canada on WP in early 2023 while my PR is in process. For PR everything except security was passed in last July 2022. A few days back got ADR request finally asking for Schedule A forms for both myself and my wife and also my employment letter if I started work in Canada or an updated job offer form if am not working. As I am working for the last few months, my employer gave me an employment letter in which my name, position, date since I started working, and annual salary are mentioned. In the IRCC request letter, it is mentioned that employment "must include my name and other details." I am not sure about what other details need to be mentioned like job duties. I have uploaded the letter and now freaking out what if the they need job duties too?. Plesae note, my previous employment reference letter which was required to apply for the WP and PR included everything including job duties etc.
My understanding is that this letter is to confirm that I am working with the employer with whom I should on a closed work permit (in the provice in which I am suppose to work) and does not need duties to be mentioned or am I wrong? Should I wait for should I send a web form explaining my current job duties?
Lastly, my current job letter is dated either so would this be a problem too?
Your kind urgent help will calm my nerves down....

Check the format on IRCC website. The job letter needs to mention your job duties so that the officer confirms it match to the NOC you are applying for.
Thank you Taran for replying back ... I am aware of this format and this is exactly the format I used when I applied for WP and PR in the first place and that Job reference letter is already submitted. However, this ADR that I received is about my current employment with an employer that I am working on a closed work permit after receiving the WP. Is this employment letter is same as the "Employment Reference Letter" which we use when we apply for WP or PR under any stream? The duties mentioned in my previous letter when I was outside Canada showed that I had a suitable experience under a particular NOC to apply for WP and PR. Now while in Canada, do I need to show again that I am doing all those duties with my current employer? Thanks for your time again
