I received an email asking me to take medical exam during 60 days,but i did not receive the medical form from embassy.I opened my application in damascus and my representative is in canada and I live in iran,it is 40 days that I have not received my medical form, I do really worry about the 60 days they gave me as the deadline for taking my exam that this deadline expires before i could finish taking my medical exam.what should i do now?asking my reprensentative to write embassy a letter and asking for more time?thnx if u help

send a mail to your visa office mentioning all these facts and request for medical forms and extension of time to undertake medicals. You can send this mail or your representative can do so.

thnx for ur help explorer101,can u tell me that is there any problem if I send email without notifying my representative? or without telling him?or this is him, who is the only source of connection with the embassy according 2 immigration rules?cause he told me that he is the only one who can communicate with embassy via mail or email for me.is that right according to rules?

U can do your meds w/out the forms from the CHC. All DMPs have those forms. Just visit a DMP & show them the CHC letter asking u to take the meds. Carry 3 pics+Original pps+the Fees.

All u need is the CIC file No. Which gets noted on the forms.

I'd suggest, do the meds in this balance 20 days, in order to avoid unnecessary delays. U can ask CHC for an 'extension' with some valid reason, but why to do that? Also, u can write 'directly' to the CHC, u don't need to go via your consultant [but mark a cc to him/her, to keep them in the loop].

tnx 4 help.i received my meds and i know they are being sent to embassy to check in 9 of april.do u or any body else know howlong does it take to be informed for issuing visa.in the letter sent by embassy it is said that it takes maximum 6 months,is it so long like that?my csq will be expired in november 2010.plz answer

as far as i know it usually takes 2 or 3 months after the meds are done to get the visa.. can i know the date you applied for federal skilled worker to damascus embassy??? mine still shows "in process since june 2009"

dear all,

i have the same problem as "free" except that i didnt get my medicals yet!! after asking abt the meds again, they sent me an email from the embassy in damascus telling me that the mail usually takes between 3 & 6 weeks to arrive & that i have to wait for it... they said that the mail was sent on may 2 & here we are june 11 now & i still didnt receive anything :-[ any idea about what i should do??? any suggestions??? Qorax could you please help????
