I'm trying to complete my application(received ITA) but I don't see anywhere to upload my language test documents.
I see online that some people had been requested to submit language test proof later on after received AOR. Do I have to wait for CIC to ask for the document or can I upload it upfront?

Wait for them to ask. Not required to upload now.

Upload it under Educational Requirements, that's what I did besides it'll save you a lot of time so they won't have to ask you for it later.
