I received my caips notes today which has the below wordings on each page:

PAPER FILE SENT TO : FK BF File To : A01 ON 06.06.2012

Anybody has any idea about its meaning?

my time line is:

Applied : April 2009 (FSW2)
Visa Office: Buffalo ( File now moved to CPP Ottawa)
No information what so ever from any visa office since then....
Few days ago got my CAIPS notes, they have given me 73 / 100 points and below wording is on each page:

Paper File sent to FK File BF'D To : A01 on 06.06.2012

PSDEC 0 SELDEC 0
BDEC 0 MEDDEC 0
OREC 0 FINDEC 0

Hope this would help you judge what is the meaning of above bold wording.
