hey I didn't realize my job bank account was suspended due to inactivity this month. My application was received on July 6th and I still don't have the file number. Is it because the job bank account issue? If so, will they return my whole application just because of this ??? I am contacting the job bank team to reactivate my account. Anyway I can notify the ontario office this situation? Thank you!!!!
